We maintain full in‑house production capacity with complete supporting processes, including laser cutting, bending, welding, sandblasting, spraying and woodworking. Most components are manufactured internally instead of outsourced. Metal frame fabrication, wooden‑part processing and surface finishing are all completed within our plant.
Our full‑range internal workflow enables precise control over processing quality, surface finish and lead‑time, laying a solid foundation for flexible OEM & ODM customization. Multi‑level quality inspections are implemented from incoming raw materials, in‑process checks to finished‑goods final inspection, ensuring every piece of Pilates equipment is durable and reliable for global commercial‑grade applications.
